Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Creatrz, we are committed to delivering high-quality creative, branding, marketing, content creation, social media management, advertising, consulting, and digital services. This Cancellation & Refund Policy outlines the terms applicable to all projects and services provided by Creatrz.
By engaging our services, you agree to this policy.
1. Project Cancellation
1.1 Cancellation by Client
A client may request cancellation of a project by providing written notice via email.
Upon cancellation:
- Work completed up to the cancellation date will be billed in full.
- Any expenses already incurred on behalf of the client must be reimbursed.
- Any unpaid invoices become immediately due and payable.
1.2 Cancellation Before Project Commencement
If a project is cancelled before any work has started:
- Payments already made may be refunded after deducting administrative, consultation, planning, and transaction costs.
- Creatrz reserves the right to retain up to 20% of the total project value as an administrative fee.
1.3 Cancellation After Project Commencement
Once work has begun, the project is considered active.
In such cases:
- Deposits and advance payments are non-refundable.
- Refunds will not be provided for work already completed.
- The client will be responsible for payment of all work completed up to the cancellation date.
2. Monthly Retainer Services
For recurring services such as:
- Social Media Management
- Digital Marketing
- Advertising Management
- Content Creation
- Branding Support
- Consulting Services
The following terms apply:
Notice Period
Clients must provide at least 30 days’ written notice before termination.
Current Billing Cycle
Fees for the current billing cycle are non-refundable once work has commenced for that period.
3. Refund Policy
Due to the customized and intellectual nature of our services, refunds are generally not available once work has started.
Refunds may only be considered in exceptional circumstances at the sole discretion of Creatrz.
Non-Refundable Services
The following are strictly non-refundable:
- Strategy sessions
- Consultations
- Discovery calls
- Brand audits
- Research work
- Creative concepts
- Graphic design work
- Content creation
- Social media posts
- Advertising campaigns
- Marketing strategy development
- Website design work
- Custom creative services
- Digital deliverables already provided
4. Client Delays
Clients are responsible for providing required information, content, approvals, and feedback in a timely manner.
If a project is delayed due to client inactivity:
- Creatrz may place the project on hold.
- Timelines may be revised.
- Additional fees may apply for project reactivation after extended delays.
No refunds will be issued due to delays caused by the client.
5. Change of Mind
Refunds will not be provided for:
- Change of business direction
- Change of marketing strategy
- Change of personal preference
- Internal stakeholder disagreements
- Delayed approvals
- Budget constraints after project commencement
6. Dissatisfaction with Services
If a client is dissatisfied with any deliverable, we encourage them to notify us promptly.
Where applicable and within the agreed project scope, Creatrz will make reasonable efforts to address concerns through revisions and modifications.
Refunds will not be granted solely because a client dislikes a creative concept after it has been developed according to the approved brief.
7. Third-Party Costs
Any third-party expenses incurred on behalf of the client are non-refundable, including but not limited to:
- Advertising spend
- Software subscriptions
- Stock images
- Stock videos
- Domain registrations
- Hosting fees
- Printing costs
- Influencer payments
- Vendor fees
Such expenses remain payable even if a project is cancelled.
8. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Clients agree to contact Creatrz before initiating any chargeback or payment dispute.
Initiating a chargeback for services already delivered may result in:
- Suspension of ongoing services
- Termination of project access
- Recovery proceedings where legally permitted
9. Force Majeure
Creatrz shall not be responsible for delays or inability to provide services due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including:
- Natural disasters
- Government restrictions
- Internet outages
- Platform disruptions
- Technical failures
- Pandemics
- Acts of God
No refunds shall be due in such circumstances.
